Agrosoft Systems realized that contents of pesticide application records reports not only vary from state to state but also between agencies that oversee the reporting, and between federal- and state-mandated ones. To this, Agrosoft Systems responded with a customizable type of report in which users can add or drop section(s) of reports as they see fit to satisfy their own unique reporting requirement. Agrosoft Systems also provides a typical type of report which practically contains much of the data required by most of the states. Including information on PPE is an available option.

• Is you current recordkeeping system easy to use? [You owe it to youself to make things easy. Work smart!]
• Is it fully compliant to both the state and federal requirements? [If not, you can be held liable and/or be fined].
• Does the software require other helper software for it to run?  [Some software may appear to be inexpensive but in reality, they may require helper application such as MS Excel® or MS Access® for them to run].

2. Includes a database of commonly used chemicals/pesticides. The demo version contains just a sample of the entries of the complete database.
3. Auto-fills information (for users) when data on applicators, locations and chemicals are found in its database. New chemicals can be added to the database to increase the array of pesticide choices available to users.
4. It has a built-in customizable reporting system.
5. It also generates a typical report format that contains most of the data required by the majority of the states.
6. Critically required data fields (subject to change) are clearly marked by red asterisk for easy recognition.
